Exchange / Refund Policy

“The Almonte Client Relations Center maybe returned or exchange in accordance with our Condition Sale.

you may return your purchase pieces to The ALMONTE distribution center within 30 days following delivery, for exchange or for refund to your credit card or PayPal ccount. You are welcome to visit our boutique at LEVEL 1/257 CROWN STREET DARLINGHURST, NSW 2010 to process the exchange and refund on your bank statement.

You may return or exchange item in a new and in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. We will not accept any return if the item shows signs of wear, has benn used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Should you wish to make a return and exchange by mail to make arrangements. Please send back via the provided shipping label. We strongly recommend to you to keep not on your tracking number which is located on the label itself.

Engraved or embossed creation cannot be returned for exchange and refund. Special order, presonalized and made to order creations cannot be returned or exchange or refund.
